- We’re looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for trends and a clear understanding of the dynamic evolution of search engines and AI-driven response systems (e.g. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously optimising holistic SEO and GEO strategies to boost our clients’ organic visibility
- In this role, you will develop forward-looking strategies for GEO, for example through structured content approaches, entity optimisation, and by strengthening authority and trustworthiness
- You will use standard tools such as Sistrix, Semrush, Google Search Console, Peec.ai and Google Analytics to derive data-driven recommendations
- You bring a deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategies and information architecture, and apply this knowledge when working with the development, UX and editorial teams
- You continuously refine on-page, off-page and content optimisations, with a focus on traditional search engines and AI systems
- You always keep a close eye on PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, structured data and technical SEO
- It would be a plus if you have experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads campaigns
- Do you have an agile mindset? Absolutely! Our projects are mainly carried out in an agile environment and we use tools such as Miro, Jira and Confluence
- You have a very good command of German, as our current projects are predominantly conducted in German. A good command of English is an advantage
